This week in travel...

Greetings! This is just a quick note to let you know that this week I am in Brighton, Colorado.  Brighton is just a little northeast of Denver.  I had expected the weather to be plenty cold with lots of snow, but it turns out that it's 50 degrees and sunny with no snow on the ground.  Can't beat that!  

   Seeing the snow-capped Rockies in the background makes me want to take up skiing... well, maybe not.  But it does make me want to put my feet up in front of a warm fireplace and drink hot cocoa while watching other people ski :-).  Anyway, day 1 in Brighton was a good one with no issues at all (not often that I get to say that!).  I hope to be finished up Wednesday evening, or early Thursday and get back home to my wife and her cooking.
